Pyrochlore magnetic properties by using DFT calculations

Magnetic pyrochlore oxides have a rich physics. They show lots of different magetic phases such as spin-ice, spin-liquid ... . Our aim is to investigate some properties of these materials by ab initio methods.

For this project we are using Fleur code which is a DFT code base on LAPW method.
